Our Best Selling Walk In Chicken Coop and Run

This coop includes an 8' X 8' Henhouse with an 8' X 18' Run. If you have the coop painted it will include the exterior and interior of the henhouse and run. This price does NOT include the wood sheathing under the metal roof that is an add on we can discuss separately. The coop will come with board and batten siding, the custom dutch doors created by us, metal roofing, and the storage egg hutch that is 18" x 7.5'

We use Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams paint only. If you would like to upgrade your paint to RainRefresh or Aura it will be an added charge.

Current lead times are 8-12 weeks for this coop with delays being common. 

Affirm or Shop Pay are payment options- as low as 0% interest for 12 months with affirm. 

Once order is placed through our website order must be canceled within 24 hours and there is a 10% processing fee that will be charged and not reimbursed to you. 

Delivery is an added charge that the website cannot calculate. We will invoice you separately for delivery and decide which method is best for you. We are located in Florida so the farther you are from our shop (Atlantic Beach 32233) the more expensive delivery will be. Typically it's about $3 per mile and $900 per day on site work. Depending on the distance it may be more.
